Designed by creative sisters-in-law duo Mirela and Andrijana, Lavandin soaps look good, and the beautiful scents will spread out into the whole room, mesmerizing you with their magic. The Lavandin brand story started out of curiosity. As a therapist by profession, Mirela had prior knowledge of aromatherapy. She went to a soap-making workshop, after which she tried various combinations and made a lot of beautiful soaps. "The month of December and my sister-in-law's birthday were approaching. I decided to give her soaps that I made myself. I believed that she would like them because she is very creative. She was delighted! She gladly responded to my suggestion that we start a small soap production! That's how our story started..." – says Mirela.

Completely Natural and Environmentally Friendly‍

Making soap is a challenging task. It requires a lot of knowledge and time. From the procurement, plant picking, and maceration of raw materials for making the soap to the process of its creation and drying, these two women do it all by themselves. And this is the reason they stand out! Their love and care for the whole process make Lavandin soaps so unique. In a fast-paced consumer market where we regularly find cheap, low-quality products, Lavandin's soaps are entirely natural and environmentally friendly. Mirela and Andrijana use 100% herbal oils, butters, and essential oils, and they make macerates by themselves with the plants they have picked with their own hands. All the plants are handpicked exclusively on the Island of Krk.

''We have learned that every element of a new composition, before starting the process, needs to be well thought out and discussed. In addition to the scent, every soap must look good, which we also pay attention to. It is also imperative that all our natural products are of good quality and beneficial in terms of their effects on the skin.'' – says the creative duo Mirela and Andrijana.‍

What we love about the Lavandin brand is that they consider the sustainability of a product from sourcing the materials and the production to the disposal. ''The zero waste principle is why we started our story... In the long term, our goal is to be guided by the concept: "Life with as little waste as possible". Our soaps are completely natural, and all raw materials are carefully selected. We often make packaging from ecological materials that can be used repeatedly. Our story emphasizes the use of ecologically acceptable materials with the addition of local dried herbs.'' – say Mirela and Andrijana.‍
