The aim was to create a space where indoor and outdoor seamlessly merge, fostering a complete connection with the sea and lush, carefully selected vegetation in the residence gardens, all while providing the sense of protection and privacy expected by guests.

"The task of our design studio was to envision and then build a place for relaxation, enjoyment, and being. A place where you become someone else for a few days," states the design duo Zrinka and Vjekoslav Visković, adding, "All of this is definitely the essence of Palmižana, without any architecture, an extraordinary place, nature in its fullness, where dense greenery meets the sea. Our guiding thought during the project's conception was - No contrasts, only harmony."

Zori Timeless residences are furnished with premium designer furniture and luxurious details, exuding minimalism and luxury and creating an atmosphere of effortless living. Their meticulously designed interior spaces naturally flow onto beautiful, expansive terraces enriched with lush vegetation, hammocks, pools, and/or jacuzzis, all with a direct view of the Vinogradišće Bay, one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean.

Residences that Speak Stories

Infinity Residence owes its name to the infinity pool on the edge of its spacious terrace. It's also the largest in capacity and can accommodate up to four adults with the possibility of additional beds for children. Two bedrooms are connected by an impressive central living area, and with many special details, guests will surely be thrilled by the massive projection screen that turns this room into a private cinema. Its large, comfortable terrace with hidden corners is an ideal space for socializing but also for retreating into solitude and undisturbed enjoyment. 

Cloud Residence is unique due to its two pools, one of which is located on its rooftop, allowing guests to indulge in an incredible view of the bay and islands. Like the other two residences, it can host two adults and two children. 

Eternity Residence is a small, charming oasis surrounded by herbs and flowers, where guests can enjoy their intoxicating scents while resting in hammocks or jacuzzis. Horizon Residence astonishes with its charismatic terrace featuring two pools and a magnificent bay view.
