"We have a small custom furniture company in Austria and also spend all our resources on designing and producing the interior for our Villas. Villa Marim was a "heart project," not only for guests but also for us personally. We (our family) really do everything ourselves in the united forces, from the planning of the house, the construction supervision and support, the interior, to the bookings and welcoming of guests, and even the cleaning (with support from a cleaning company). And since this concept is so successful, we are building two more luxury destinations, Villa Moana and Villa Manatis in Vrbnik, which will open this summer. The bedrooms on the first floor each boast en suite bathrooms and stunning sea views that will make you feel like you're waking up in paradise every morning. The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and utility room, and an elegant open fireplace that connects all the rooms. There is also a suite on the ground floor with its own bathroom, kitchen, and terrace to relax even when arriving with the whole family or a big group of friends.

But the real gem of the villa is the large terrace with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic sea. Here, you'll find a pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a dining area where you can enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. The Villa Marim owners also offers a service of delivering a meal from nearby restaurants.

The terrace leads to many other areas, such as a secluded beach with private access, a sauna and jacuzzi, and a lounge terrace on the rock by the sea. The beach is definitely the top spot - a place where you can relax, soak up the sun, and take a refreshing dip in the clear blue Adriatic sea.
