Ok, we didn't actually lick the plate, but the food was so good we were seriously thinking of doing that. Situated in picturesque Zagorje hills, Vuglec Breg will knock you off your feet and offer a unique experience.

Behind Vuglec Breg lies a successful family story born out of the desire to preserve both the family legacy and the native customs and traditions of Zagorje. We started our meal with a Zagorje plate and enjoyed the subtle taste of homemade ham that created a real sensation on the palate, but also the sausages, bacon, and cheese that were just divine. We were especially delighted with cheese strudel soup. We're from Croatia, but we have never tried this before. Sensational! Definitely order this when you go there. The next dish on our list was, of course, Turkey with mlinci. You can't come to Zagorje without trying this famous dish. Let us just say this, crispy crust on the turkey, delicious mlinci, and rich homemade aromas. It can't be better than that! Every dish starts and ends with noble drops of top-quality wines.
