Every Villa Tells A Story
What attracted us to these luxury villas was their location. A charming little village, not so far from Gospić with only 100 inhabitants, guarantees a peaceful and relaxing holiday. This luxury complex has three villas; Vila Jojo, Vila Bobo, and Vila Niko, each with a unique story. The owners named them after their great-grandfathers, giving each villa a unique character and personality. While the exterior of the villas is minimal and clean, the interior will surprise you. A mix of traditional elements with lush history and antique items, as well as modern luxury, offer a perfectly warm and welcoming retreat. Each villa tells a story, from wood beams and a stone fireplace to modern furniture paired with floral vintage chairs to items with a unique character, such as a stump table, lighting, and art.
Vila Bobo and Vila Niko have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can host up to 8 guests. Vila Joja is a bit smaller and can host up to 7 guests. Each villa is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your relaxing luxury stay. The Exclusive Villas Joja also has a wine cellar, a tavern for the best gastronomic experience, and an indoor swimming pool and sauna, ideal for restoring your energy and spending some refreshing and relaxing moments.

Traditional Recipes from the Grandmother's Cookbook
There is nothing better than grandma's food, agree? Villas Joja offers delicious dishes prepared with traditional recipes from the owner's grandmother's cookbook to make your stay authentic and closer to Lika's customs and way of living. For example, you can try homemade lard prosciutto, sausage, or bacon. Or maybe an autochthonous cheese Škripavac, characterized by its fresh aroma and specific gummy-like texture that squeaks when eaten. Beans with dried meat, smoked cabbage, various goulash, grilled lamb, and lettuce with bacon are some local dishes on their menu.
Things to do in Lika
With its high mountains, rivers, springs, caves, wildlife, untouched forests, and not to mention sea and lakes, Lika is one of the most interesting parts of Croatia. Here you can do everything literally, from hiking and skiing to rafting and kayaking to hunting and fishing. You can also visit popular National Parks Plitvice Lakes and Paklenica; their beauty will leave you speechless! In addition, you can visit the house where renowned scientist and inventor Nikola Tesla was born, in the small village of Smiljan. Or maybe take a peek into the hidden gems of Lika, caves, gorges, and underground rivers. In Velebit Nature Park, you can find caves called Cerovačke pećine with 4km of explored channels. They are one of the most important speleological objects in Croatia.
If you decide to visit Lika and enjoy all its beauty, make sure you stay in these beautiful luxury villas, we are sure you'll create some great memories there!
