Restaurant JIST was purposefully put in dark wood to give it a rustic feel and is modeled after American steakhouses. This provides the place with a perfect atmosphere for enjoying a meal that centers around a steak.

Your stake will arrive on a beautifully arranged hot plate with five sauces and rock salt. But before it comes, you may want to start your steakhouse experience with a tasty cold entrée. Have a taste of goose foie gras, caviar (Siberian, Oscietra, or Beluga), raw oysters, prosciutto, and cheese selection (Queso Canario, Comte, or Manchego).

Continue with a warm entrée, which can be a lobster thermidor, veal cheek, or homemade pasta. Then crown your meal with a beef steak of your choice – rib-eye, filet, burger, porterhouse, T-bone, tomahawk – and finish it with mille-feuille or sorbet.

Let’s not forget about beverages. There are plenty of premium red wine and champagne choices, and you can also sample fine drinks, such as bourbon, cognac, or Japanese whiskey, through the restaurant's dedicated “Flights” options.
