In addition to opening a restaurant in Thailand, working for Heston Blumenthal at the Fat Duck, and serving Hollywood stars, this young chef has worked for a number of other notable chefs.

During his teenage years, Mario dropped out of school, worked for free in restaurants, gathered knowledge, and later graduated from a private school with a culinary degree.

Among the many film stars he hosted are Robert Downey Jr., Jason Statham, Michelle Pfeiffer, Floyd Mayweather and Quentin Tarantino.

Having spent six years in Thailand, he returned to Europe and developed a career in one of Split's best restaurants -Kinoteka.
